HOA Banking Manager

Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and creating innovative banking solutions? We’re looking for an energetic and forward-thinking HOA Banking Manager to lead the expansion of our HOA property management banking platform.
In this role, you’ll combine strategy, sales, customer experience, and financial expertise to grow partnerships with HOA property management companies and self-managed HOAs. You’ll play a key role in shaping specialized banking products, supporting lending and treasury management solutions, and helping communities thrive through exceptional service and smart financial solutions.

What You’ll Do
Drive Business Growth
- Build and expand relationships with HOA property management companies, HOAs, and industry partners.
- Develop new business opportunities across lending, deposits, treasury management, and cash management services.
- Represent the Bank at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
Lead Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership and credit administration to develop and scale an innovative HOA lending program.
- Help shape future banking products and services designed specifically for HOA clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and customer experience.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
- Champion a “customer-first” culture through proactive communication, responsiveness, and relationship management.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and strategy meetings with HOA and property management professionals.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide customized financial solutions that make a difference.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Relationship Management, and Treasury teams to align goals and execute strategic plans.
- Participate in RFP responses, pricing negotiations, risk assessments, and solution development.
- Recommend process improvements and business development strategies that help the department thrive.
Lead with Excellence
- Support department goals, profitability initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Exercise sound judgment while maintaining strong compliance and risk management practices.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in treasury management, branch management, banking operations, or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of HOA/property management banking products and services.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to build relationships and grow business opportunities.
- Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of traditional education or work experience.
