  • Lead the implementation and rollout of new features, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented propositions, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and insights.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, keeping the bank at the forefront of innovation.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of proposition management and feature consumption strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for proposition management and feature consumption.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving change and improvement.
