About the Role

The Product Development Analyst will support the end-to-end development and execution of HNW insurance products and marketing campaigns.

The position will work closely with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Brand, Distribution, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives, campaigns, and reporting. The objective of this role is to ensure smooth execution of product development activities, maintain high-quality deliverables, and provide accurate reporting to support business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Product & Campaign Development Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HNW insurance products and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution of test plan, and issue resolution follow-ups.
  • Gather and document business/user requirements and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

2. Process Coordination & Governance

  • Support the preparation, review, and submission of product-related documentation for internal approval and sign-off processes.
  • Prepare marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate across departments (e.g. Actuarial, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Distribution) to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing product sales tracking reports and monitor campaign performance.
  • Support consolidation and preparation of department monthly reports, including key achievements, performance metrics, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for products, campaigns, and approvals.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education – Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field with good academic results.
  • Experience – Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in insurance companies are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in product development or actuarial will be an advantage.
  • Special skills – Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation design (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc), Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
