HNP高速辅助驾驶测试资深工程师（行车）上海、北京、苏州全职研发 - 高级技术职位职位描述职责描述：
1、根据自动驾驶功能产品目标，负责自动驾驶行车功能的测试项目展开，涵盖测试计划、目标、组织、实施、管控以及报告等；
2、负责HNP高速辅助驾驶的测试策略制定，并据此提出详细的测试方案，达到高效执行度；
3、负责HNP高速辅助驾驶功能的测试Case建立以及维护，能够根据实测数据以及功能开发需求，以用户场景需求为目标，对测试Case进行动态迭代更新；
4、负责HNP高速辅助驾驶行车功能的性能迭代，能从量产角度进行功能/性能指标设计，并在实际项目中进行指标测试以及达成度评价，对系统进行综合性风险评估，出具路测报告；
5、负责HNP高速辅助驾驶功能的测试标准以及测试流程建立，以优化测试流程、提升测试效率；
6、负责HNP高速辅助驾驶行车测试项目管控，包括数据管理，测试组织实施，数据采集以及测试评价培训，以及数据/问题闭环跟踪。职位要求1、本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、车辆工程、机械等相关专业优先；3年及以上的自动驾驶Tier1或主机厂工作经验，具备至少2年以上的L2+测试或开发经验；
2、具备良好的自动驾驶架构以及理论基础，熟悉常见执行器架构及链路原理，熟悉常见的自动驾驶传感器，有L3/l4从业经验以及自动驾驶自研体系经验者优先；
3、思路清晰，具备良好的团队沟通能力、协作精神，有良好的产品和用户价值导向；
4、拥有C1或以上驾照，具备良好的安全驾驶意识和熟练的驾驶技能，长里程驾驶经验优先；投递
