Accountabilities

Customer/Proposals:

• Direct link with Go-to market team to take in charge customers when ready to move to technical decisions

• Direct link with the customer to finalize design and budget in collaboration with local bidding team

• Direct link with "tender & proposals" team for solution and budget definition (including PTS)

• Keep customer engagement to enlarge business opportunities in the region (in alignment with Go-to market and local bid team)

Projects in his region:

• Overall project delivery responsibility (deadlines, budget, variations)

• Project WPL management (HMAX, SRS, Vehicle, Monitoring solutions, others) and related boards

• Stakeholders management (HR regional Directors, OS&M, Customer, Cyber, Quality, other) and related boards

Competencies

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of engineering principles relevant to the specific industry (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, automation).

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Proficiency in engineering software

Project Management

Planning, executing, and monitoring projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Managing project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Team Collaboration

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with various departments.

Required Skills/ Knowledge

Technical Expertise
