We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to support our go-to-market and/or Customer Experience Operations business. This individual will partner closely with leaders and teams to shape and execute people strategies that enable business success. The ideal candidate combines strategic HR expertise with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to daily HR operations, building strong relationships across the business while delivering impact on both organizational and individual levels.

The ideal candidate combines strategic HR expertise with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to daily HR operations, building strong relationships across the business while delivering impact on both organizational and individual levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities, including identifying ways to leverage AI and evolving technologies to improve productivity and the employee experience.

    • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives.

    • Provide coaching and thought partnership to senior leaders on leadership skills, team dynamics, and employee engagement.

    • Influence business leaders and drive effective decision making through use of data and analytics.

  • Operational HR Support

    • Drive effective performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development.

    • Manage sensitive employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance with policy and law.

    • Oversee leave of absence processes, accommodations, and return-to-work planning in partnership with HR operations.

    • Lead talent review and succession planning processes; develop career development and retention plans in partnership with leadership.​

  • Change Management & Communications

    • Guide leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication, clarity, and employee experience.

    • Partner with internal communications teams to ensure timely and effective messaging to employees.

    • Promote inclusion, belonging, and a high-performance culture across teams.

  • Employee Experience & Culture

    • Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive, equitable, and supportive workplace.

    • Monitor and analyze employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR strategies.

    • Champion programs that enhance employee well-being, recognition, and engagement.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In
Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 8- 10 years of HR-related experience.

  • Experience with go-to-market or customer experience center organizations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues efficiently.

  • Proven ability to support international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication across diverse regions.

  • Hands-on experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including implementation, management, and optimization to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

  • You use your knowledge of modern talent strategies to influence and drive strategic business outcomes.

  • You are able to use your extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience to develop, implement, and maintain HR projects and programs.

  • You use your experience in diagnosing problems and critical thinking skills to identify and drive appropriate solutions.

  • You are an effective written and verbal communicator with conflict resolution skills and leadership coaching skills.

  • You have shown an ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.

  • You have experience with HCM systems (Workday) preferred.

  • You can handle high-volume workflow with minimal oversight and changing priorities.
