HIV PRIMARY CARE NURSE (Permanent)
1.0 EFT (38.75 hours/week)
$47.537 to 62.075 per hour D.O.Q
Under the direction of the Director of Primary Care, the HIV Primary Care Nurse provides comprehensive health care assessments, sexual health examinations, supports health promotion, chronic diseases education, prevention and monitoring, and urgent triage services. With an emphasis on specialized nursing services, to the HIV infected and at-risk populations, the Primary Care Nurse provides on-going case management.
The job is a full-time, 77.50 hours per two-week period (including holiday pay hours). The regular work days for this position will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
The position is classified as Group Nurse IV, on the MNU salary scale (WCHREO 2015 Hours) A comprehensive benefit package is provided as per employee eligibility via HEB Manitoba.
