Labcorp is seeking a Histology LIMS Technical Support to set up, maintain, and provide quality oversight of pathology studies within laboratory systems. This role is responsible for ensuring study requirements are accurately implemented across operational platforms, supporting study modifications, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient study execution.

Work Schedule

  • Remote-based
  • 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
  • 1 Year Fixed-term role with Labcorp

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform study setup and maintenance within laboratory systems, including PSI loading and study modifications.
  • Review study documentation (SOWs, PRFs, worksheets, amendments, and related documents) to ensure accurate system configuration.
  • Perform quality control checks on study setups and updates prior to implementation.
  • Maintain study-related documentation, trackers, and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Support the management of study amendments and ensure updates are implemented consistently across systems and operational documents.
  • Collaborate with Histology Technical Liaisons, Project Management, Laboratory Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve study setup issues.
  • Investigate and support resolution of discrepancies related to study setup, documentation, and system configuration.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, Quality Events, CAPAs, and effectiveness checks as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 1-3 years of experience in laboratory operations, study setup, project coordination, pathology services, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pathology or histology workflows.
  • Familiarity with laboratory systems such as Envision, Zavacor, LIMS, or related platforms.
  • Experience managing study amendments, document control, or operational change management processes.
  • Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), quality systems, or regulated laboratory environments.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with process-driven documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive timely resolution.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong customer service approach and collaborative working style.

The successful candidate will ensure study requirements are accurately translated into laboratory systems, maintain alignment between operational documents and system configurations, and contribute to a compliant, efficient, and traceable study setup process that supports laboratory operations and client needs.
