Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Careers of America is seeking an experienced and motivated Welding Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will teach and mentor students in both structural welding and pipe welding. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of welders, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and effective instructional sessions in structural welding and pipe welding.
-Develop and update curriculum and training materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
-Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students.
-Assess and evaluate student performance, offering feedback and guidance for improvement.
-Maintain a safe and organized classroom and workshop environment.
-Stay current with industry trends and advancements to enhance instructional content.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in structural welding and pipe welding.
-Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
-Certification or relevant qualifications in welding preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students.
