Lead the Shift:
Be the point person during your shift—supporting the team, keeping service running smoothly, and stepping in wherever needed.
Create a Welcoming Experience:
Make every guest feel like a regular. Greet with a smile, build connections, and ensure each visit feels personal and memorable.
Deliver Great Service, Every Time:
Know the menu inside and out (yes, even the late-night cravings), make recommendations, and ensure every order is accurate and timely.
Support & Coach the Team:
Jump in to assist servers, hosts, and kitchen coordination. Help train and guide team members to keep standards high and energy positive.
Key Holder Responsibilities:
Open and/or close the restaurant, handle cash procedures, and ensure all safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
Keep It Clean & Ready:
Maintain a clean, organized dining and service area so we’re always ready for the next guest—day or night.
