      • $65,352 ($53,352 base + $12,000 bonus)

  • 40% Housing Discount Potential for Maintenance positions
Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule and available to work weekends when needed. Available to be on call once every 4 weeks when fully staffed. Shares on call with Windsor Mission Bay.
Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly Starting at $36.92- $46.16 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $72,793 - $96,012.
Bonus Average bonus potential of 10% annual bonus.
Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential
$84,472 ($72,793 base + 10% bonus)

Schedule: Monday - Friday schedule and available to work weekends when needed. Available to be on call once every 4 weeks when fully staffed.

Hourly Starting at $34.87- $43.59 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $72,529 - $90,667.
