Job Description

We’re looking for someone who’s super organized and loves making things run smoothly. As our Hiring Coordinator, you’ll help keep our hiring process on track by supporting everything from phone screenings and interviewing to ATS and compliance programs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and different teams to make sure we’re bringing in the right people, in the right way. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes—this could be a perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

  • Review candidate applications in applicant tracking system (ATS) and other platforms to fill vacant job openings
  • Use ATS daily to screen applicants, track the new hire process, keep notes on file and update candidate profiles
  • Conduct interviews
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process regarding the status of their application by phone, email, ATS SMS text
  • Actively maintain positive candidate engagement throughout the entire onboarding process
  • Communicate initial hiring requirements to each candidate prior to start date such as identity employment authorizations, backgrounds checks, drug testing etc. by using our Driver Hub program
  • Ensure candidates are consistently updated in ATS to match onboarding system
  • Provide additional assistance with candidate onboarding as required
  • Work closely with location management to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly
  • Travel locally for recruiting and hiring events

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture an overall positive candidate experience
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Proficient with the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software and other talent management systems
  • Ability to follow standard recruitment procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or onboarding experience is preferred
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15lb
