Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Providing medication reminders and daily living assistance
- Working in clients’ homes with flexible shifts tailored to your availability
Caregiver Requirements
To succeed as a Caregiver, you should have:
- HCA or CNA certification preferred (not required—we pay for Caregiver training!)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and competency evaluation
- A compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude
- A passion for helping others as a professional Caregiver
