Job Description

The Hire to Retire Specialist owns complex cases and an assigned process area, translate operational requirements into system improvements, and maintain effective controls. Deliver hire to retire services across assigned operating companies, with a focus on employee experience and agreed service timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee lifecycle administration; HR master data and effective-dated changes; HRIS workflows; leave administration; access coordination; records management and data privacy.
• Reconciliation; exception analysis; quality review; root-cause identification; peer coaching and SLA execution and monitoring.

4. Data Control, Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintains accurate, complete, and secure information through data validation, documented changes, and controlled access.
5. Policy and Process Compliance: Applies HR policies and procedures consistently, follows required approvals and controls, and seeks clarification or escalates exceptions when needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including complex cases and process or system improvement. Relevant experience should be in end-to-end employee lifecycle related HR operations.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent HR credential; benefits administration training; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; Optional advantages.
