We're looking for a Hire Desk Assistant to join our Tool Hire team at our Branch Support Centre in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team where you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless hire experience from enquiry through to collection.
Whether you're supporting our branches, speaking with customers or liaising with suppliers, you'll be at the heart of our Tool Hire operation, helping to deliver the outstanding service that Bradfords is known for.
As a Hire Desk Assistant, you'll:

Experience within customer service, builders' merchants, tool hire or a similar environment would be an advantage, but just as important is your willingness to learn and develop.
