We are partnering with a fast-growing orthopaedic organisation to appoint a first UK Product Manager for its Hip & Knee portfolio
This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational role within a high-growth environment, taking ownership of a broad product portfolio that includes hip and knee reconstruction implants as well as enabling technologies such as PSI, navigation, and future innovations.
The role will be central to shaping how the UK portfolio is developed, launched and adopted—working closely with UK Sales, Clinical Education, and Global Marketing teams.
This is a high-impact, build-oriented position suited to someone who thrives in a broad, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, strategy and execution frameworks from the ground up.
The Product Manager – Hip & Knee will be responsible for leading UK product lifecycle management and driving the successful adoption of the full portfolio across the UK market.
The role acts as the key interface between global marketing and the UK commercial organisation, translating global strategy into effective local execution while ensuring strong clinical and commercial alignment.
We are open to background, but successful candidates will typically come from within the orthopaedic medical device sector and will have experience across product, clinical, commercial or marketing functions.
This is a high-growth, innovation-led environment with strong collaboration across clinical, commercial and international teams.
The role offers the opportunity to build and shape the UK Product Management function from the ground up, establishing structure, processes and frameworks that will support long-term growth across the Hip & Knee portfolio.
This is suited to someone who is comfortable working with broad ownership, enjoys building in dynamic environments, and is motivated by visible impact across a growing organisation.
Up to £80,000 base salary + £16,000 bonus (20% of base salary) + company car OR £9,000 annual car allowance
