Perform dialogues related to sales, customer support, enquiries, and everyday customer interactions.
Follow provided scripts, instructions, and tone guidelines.
Deliver clear, natural, and consistent voice recordings.
Re-record lines when required based on quality feedback.
Clear and natural speaking voice.
Good pronunciation, diction, and fluency in the required language.
Ability to sound conversational rather than like reading from a script.
Comfortable expressing basic emotions and tones such as friendly, helpful, professional, and empathetic.
Previous experience in voice-over, customer service, sales, theatre, podcasting, or similar work is a plus, but not mandatory
Access to a quiet recording environment and a good-quality smartphone or microphone.
Basic ability to record and upload audio files.
