ヒルトン東京では経理部アシスタントペイマスターを募集します。世界的なホテルであるヒルトン東京を裏方から支える重要な業務となります。

①月次給与計算委託業務の統制・レビュー

　・スケジュール管理

　・人事・給与情報の人事部との連携並びに提供情報の最終確認

　・変動情報の準備・提供

　・委託先からの納品データ検証・最終承認

②支払業務

　・銀行振込用データの精査・確認

　・送金関連帳票の作成（決済依頼）

③会計レポート作成／会計連携

　・内部統制関連資料の作成

　・人件費関連仕訳の作成・システムへの計上

　・人件費、法定福利費等計上結果の妥当性検証（PL、BS管理）

④年間業務の管理

　・給与改定

　・賞与（業績賞与①年1回、業績賞与②年4回、定期賞与年2回）

　・年末調整の統制・結果確認

　・法定調書作成

　・法改正/制度改正対応

⑤監査対応（内部・外部）

　・監査資料準備

　・監査法人等からの質疑応答対応

【必須】

　ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

　給与計算または社会保険実務経験

　月次決算に関わる経理実務経験

　Excel中級以上

　個人情報を扱う業務への高いコンプライアンス意識

【歓迎】

　給与アウトソーシング管理経験

　英語でのメール対応経験

　所得税法（給与課税）に関する知識

　労働基準法（労務管理）に関する知識

　外部委託先、担当ホテル人事・経理責任者と建設的にコミュニケーションが取れる方

　正確性と守秘義務を徹底できる方
