Intern – Hilton Istanbul Airport

Start your hospitality journey with Hilton Istanbul Airport. We are looking for enthusiastic university students who are eager to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience through an internship lasting at least two months.

This is a general internship opportunity. Applications will be considered for relevant departments based on your field of study, interests and the hotel’s available internship opportunities.

What will I be doing?

As an Intern, you will support your assigned department while learning from experienced Team Members. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your placement and may include:

• Supporting daily departmental operations under the guidance of your supervisor.
• Assisting with guest services, administrative tasks or departmental projects, as appropriate to your role.
• Working collaboratively with Team Members to support a positive guest and team experience.
• Participating in training and applying your learning in daily activities.

Following Hilton’s service standards, hotel procedures and health and safety requirements.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and qualities:

• Currently a third or fourth-year university student in a relevant field.
• Available for an internship of at least two months, with internship insurance provided by their university.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Eager to learn, develop and build a career in hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
