Job Description

The HiL Delivery Supervisorwill provide operational leadership and governance for Verification and Validation Hardware-in-the-Loop delivery activities. This position will coordinate Engineering Services Suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are clearly defined, properly resourced, financially supported, and consistently monitored. The role will oversee Capex and Non-Capex budget tracking, hiring and staffing visibility, team target management, supplier performance monitoring, and the implementation of formal KPI frameworks. In addition, the position will be responsible for consolidating data and presenting clear, actionable reporting through dashboards, scorecards, or equivalent mechanisms to support business reviews and leadership decision-making.

As an Individual Contributor you will...

  • Coordinate Engineering Services Suppliers supporting V&V HiL activities, including scope alignment, delivery expectations, staffing plans, communication cadence, and escalation processes.
  • 4 Days On Site in GTBC Ford México (Naucalpan, México)
  • Manage visibility to Capex and Non-Capex budget status, including planning assumptions, approval progress, actual spending, forecast updates, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Monitor internal and supplier resource requirements, hiring status, onboarding progress, staffing gaps, and capacity risks to support timely delivery execution.
  • Establish, document, and periodically review team objectives and delivery targets for internal and external resources.
  • Define and maintain KPI frameworks for internal resources and Engineering Services Suppliers, ensuring consistent definitions, data sources, reporting cadence, and performance thresholds.
  • Consolidate operational, financial, staffing, and supplier performance data into a structured view of delivery health, risks, dependencies, and required actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, or equivalent reporting tools to communicate budget health, resource status, supplier performance, delivery progress, and action-item closure.
  • Lead recurring governance reviews with stakeholders, document decisions and action items, and track corrective actions or improvement plans through closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in Verification and Validation, Hardware-in-the-Loop operations, software validation, embedded systems, or related engineering environments.
  • Experience coordinating Engineering Services Suppliers under Time and Materials, Work Package, managed service, or equivalent delivery models.
  • Working knowledge of budget tracking, resource planning, staffing coordination, KPI management, operational governance, and executive reporting practices.
  • Proficiency with reporting, planning, and management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Jira, budget trackers, procurement systems, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, supplier coordination, governance, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize complex information, identify risks, drive accountability, and communicate clear recommendations to technical and leadership audiences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial, delivery, operations, supplier coordination, or related leadership role.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Verification and Validation, software validation, embedded systems, HiL, or related engineering roles.
  • English proficiency required.
