职位描述
1、负责车身域控制器软件研发及量产全流程测试工作，覆盖项目各阶段测试任务，保障产品研发及量产质量。 2、负责车身核心功能模块全维度测试，独立完成测试需求拆解、测试用例设计、调试及落地执行，精准记录测试数据，规范输出各类阶段测试报告与总结文档。 3、统筹测试问题全生命周期管理，负责BUG提交、跟踪跟进、回归验证，深度排查疑难、偶现类技术问题，精准定位问题根因，联动团队推动问题闭环与产品质量优化，全程跟进车型完整项目周期。 4、负责车身域测试台架、自动化测试体系的搭建、优化与日常维护工作，参与自动化测试脚本开发、迭代优化，提升整体测试效率与标准化程度。 5、参与项目前期系统需求评审，识别需求风险与可测试性问题，同时支持研发、生产环节的外部质量问题初步排查、确认与分析，提供有效的测试技术支撑。
职位要求
1、本科及以上理工科相关学历，具备3年及以上车载电控产品软件测试工作经验，有车身域控制器测试经验优先。 2、熟悉HIL测试系统原理与整体架构，熟练掌握HIL测试工具链使用方法，具备HIL台架测试实操能力。 3、熟悉CAN/CAN FD/LIN等主流车载总线协议及实际应用场景，熟练使用车载网络测试工具，具备Python/C至少一种编程语言基础，可独立完成简单脚本开发与调试。 4、优先条件：具备HIL自动化测试软件实操经验，或深入了解车身控制系统整体功能原理、有车身域项目测试落地经验，或具备仿真模型开发能力和经验。
