职位要求
本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程及其自动化、车辆工程、控制工程、机械电子等相关专业，硕士及以上学历优先。 1. 3年及以上HIL仿真相关工作经验，熟练掌握电动车HIL物理模型搭建、仿真、优化和测试； 2. 熟悉HIL仿真平台（如dSPACE、ETAS、NI VeriStand等）的操作与调试，熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink、INCA、CANalyzer等开发工具，具备HIL台架搭建、调试及测试相关实操能力。 3. 熟悉电机、空调热管理、车辆横向、纵向、垂向运动相关物理模型搭建，有电机tip in/tip out、clunk仿真相关项目经验者优先。 4. 有物理模型降阶实际项目经验，熟悉模型降阶方法，能够独立完成降阶优化并提升实时机实时性者优先。 5. 有AIL与HIL结合应用经验，了解AI技术在HIL测试中的应用场景，具备相关实操经验者优先。 6. 具备较强的问题分析与排查能力，能独立解决模型搭建、仿真测试过程中的复杂技术难题。 7. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识和责任心，能够高效配合跨部门团队完成项目任务。
