We're seeking a skilled, patient-focused X-Ray Technologist to join a thriving clinical team in Englewood, NJ. In this role, you will work directly with patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of imaging quality, patient comfort, and radiation safety.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

• Perform high-quality X-rays in strict accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.
• Prepare and position patients safely and accurately, ensuring optimal exposure while prioritizing patient comfort.
• Operate and adjust advanced X-ray equipment with precision.
• Educate patients on procedures, answering questions to ease anxiety and ensure compliance.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards, strictly adhering to patient and radiation safety protocols.
• Manage documentation, maintaining accurate patient records, imaging logs, and compliance files.
• Oversee environment upkeep, ensuring the X-ray room remains clean, sterile, and well-organized.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on X-ray experience.
• Clinical Setting: Strong background working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of X-ray procedures, positioning, exposure factors, and equipment operation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, patient empathy, and customer service skills.
• Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Safety First: Uncompromising commitment to radiation safety and patient care.
• Preferred Plus: 1+ years of X-ray experience specifically within an outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Note to Hospital Techs: Candidates with strong hospital-based experience, excellent patient-facing skills, and a strong desire to transition to an outpatient orthopedic environment are highly encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Flexibility

Our starting range is $32.00 – $40.00/hour. However, we value exceptional talent. If your experience warrants a higher rate, we encourage you to apply and discuss your compensation expectations with us—we maintain flexibility for the right candidate.
