Salary: NJC Scale 15-22: £30,024 - £33,699.00, Actual Salary: £22,582.69 - £25,346.86 + Pension Scheme + Wellbeing Cash Plan + Additional Lift Schools Benefits
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks pr year
Contract: Fixed Term until August 2027

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team at Lift Anglesey.
We are looking for a passionate and resilient individual who is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential. This role will involve supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers, support staff and the SENDCO to provide high-quality support for pupils, including those with significant and complex additional needs.

About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to improve pupils’ learning, attainment and wellbeing. You will support the planning and delivery of learning, lead interventions, cover lessons when required and help create an engaging and inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed.
This role will have a particular focus on supporting pupils with SEND and complex learning needs, helping to ensure they can access learning, develop independence and make meaningful progress.
