Job Description

An edtech platform is on a mission to eliminate underemployment by bridging the gap between postsecondary institutions and the world of work. They need someone in Canada who can navigate that ecosystem with authority. You'll own strategic, multi-year partnership pursuits across colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and government stakeholders from pipeline to close.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in strategic business development with Canadian postsecondary institutions and workforce ecosystem partners
• Proven track record closing high-value, multi-year agreements with senior decision-makers across academic, government, and industry sectors
• Demonstrated ability to draft and secure government funding proposals and grant applications
• Deep understanding of Canadian postsecondary governance, funding cycles, and workforce development ecosystems
• Established senior-level network across Canada, with Western Canada connections preferred
