ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, permanent position based in West Perth Campus. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Course Development, with functional reporting to the Academic Registrar and Dean, Higher Education.
The Higher Education Academic Compliance Specialist supports academic compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance activities across Stanley College’s Higher Education portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring that courses, academic policies, and supporting documentation align with TEQSA requirements, the Higher Education Standards Framework, and internal governance processes. Working closely with academic and professional staff, the successful candidate will support course development and review, accreditation submissions, policy updates, and regulatory reporting while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance across the Higher Education department.
