Talent Acquisition Specialist

• M2P Engineering
• Teneriffe, Brisbane, QLD (Relocating to the city in the coming months)
• Permanent Full Time (We also have casual positions available if that works better for you!)

We're looking for experienced recruiters to join our People & Culture team with demonstrated end-to-end recruitment expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the blue-collar recruitment pipeline that keeps M2P's projects manned and moving across our Minerals, Energy, and Fabrication divisions. This isn't a coordination role. You'll manage the full process, from briefing up to offering, and your work will be directly visible in project outcomes.

Initially working in our Teneriffe office, you’ll enjoy being surrounded by reliable, friendly, hard-working people who have your back and step up for you when you need it most. Exciting news: we will be relocating to a modern office in the city, with great public transport options, in the near future.

You'll make an impact by:

• Building and maintaining blue-collar talent pipelines for active and upcoming projects across SA, NT and NSW
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles: briefing, sourcing, screening, and offering
• Delivering a candidate experience that makes every person, successful or not, leave with a positive impression of M2P
• Partnering with GMs, Construction Managers and site leaders who rely on you to resource their teams on time.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or project-based environment
• Experience recruiting blue collar roles; construction, mining, resources or heavy industrial
• Strong candidate care and professional communication at all levels
• Comfortable operating at pace and prioritising without needing constant direction.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience with large-scale project mobilisations
• Familiarity with FIFO terms and conditions
• Background in engineering, construction or resources sector recruitment.
