Summary

YAGEO Group is seeking a High Service Distribution Account Manager to join our team. This is an onsite in either our Grapevine, Texas or Simpsonville, South Carolina office. This individual will drive business growth across key distributor accounts. This role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that expand revenue, strengthen distributor relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth across YAGEO’s product portfolio.

Working closely with distributor partners, sales teams, YAGEO business units, and global cross-functional organizations, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage account priorities, and translate customer and market needs into actionable business opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong account management experience, commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support customer needs and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow the business and strengthen relationships with distributors.
• Organize and manage distributor website content and global marketing plans.
• Track and analyze inventory, focus products & sales performance.
• Co-ordinate and conduct product / sales meetings and training for distributors to ensure the possession of in-depth knowledge of product attributes, promotional activities and pricing.
• Travel to distributor offices and sales events.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all YAGEO Group products, applications and services.
• Other activities as directed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office, PowerBi and AI tools proficiently and use data to manage business.
• Achievement driven; enjoys competitiveness and thrives on being the best and winning.
• Has an outgoing, dynamic personality and can build outstanding relationships at all levels.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
