
Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a High School Science Support Teacher/ TA at Empowerment’s High School. You will support in 9th and 10th Grade Science Classes and must be comfortable with Science Content. We prefer someone with a Science Background who is ultimately looking to become a Science Teacher in the future.

Base Salary: $44,000-$60,000

We generally seek the same qualities in assistant teachers that we seek in lead teachers. This is because oftentimes our assistant teachers become lead teachers within our school! While a CE or Teaching Certificate in Science issued by the NJDOE is a major bonus, it is not required. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore if teaching is for you, to earn a good income, and grow in skill while exploring the profession.
