The Dean Team at Argosy Collegiate is key to the success of our schools. The Restorative Justice Coordinators work at each campus and work together with the Dean Team to promote a culture of high accountability that yields high academic achievement. The Restorative Justice Coordinators work to deliver restorative practices to improve outcomes for scholars, staff, and families.
In addition to a demonstrated passion for Argosy’s mission and values, the ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and independent, capable of responding efficiently and effectively to new situations and handling an array of tasks with a careful attention to detail and through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

While actual roles and responsibilities will vary depending on individual circumstances, the Restorative Justice Coordinator will generally be required to perform some or all of the following tasks. Note that this list is not all-inclusive and that the Dean of Students may also assign other tasks he/she deems appropriate.
Assist Dean, Assistant Principal, and Principal with enforcing the behavioral and academic standards and expectations of Argosy
a. Support the completion of required forms related to disciplinary issues (i.e. detention notices, ISS/OSS notices, etc.)
b. Support scholars who have been removed from the classroom setting due to disruptive behavior in scholar support space.
c. Develop and facilitate individualized restorative learning experiences and success meetings focused on scholars’ successful return to the learning environment.
