Position Purpose: Serves the counseling/administrative staff by processing and maintaining accurate school/student records and completing other tasks of the counseling office as requested.

1. Clerical Support: performs work of a general office nature that assists with the smooth operation of the building.Priority: Essential | Percent of Time: 50%

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum three years of clerical work experience.
Strong computer skills, especially Google Docs.
Experience working respectfully and collaboratively with diverse populations.
Skilled in composition of letters, publications and reports. Must possess good grammar/spelling punctuation skills as well as editing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative to complete tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
Experience working at a secondary school in a clerical position.
Advanced knowledge and operational understanding of PowerSchool.
