Summary: This position reports to and is evaluated by the high school principal and provides administrative support

Essential Job Functions
Spiritual Leadership
- Model victorious Christian living to students and families (Philippians 2:1-5)

Administrative
- Adheres to all policies and procedures governing the operation of the school
- Provide a high school environment that is Christ-centered, safe, professional, academically challenging, and encouraging
- Adheres to all policies and procedures governing the operation of the school
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all policies, procedures, and handbooks
- Respect professional ethics that require confidentiality concerning the sharing of information about children, parents, or staff
- Attends and arrives punctually to scheduled devotional, committee, and faculty meetings
- Maintains professional dress and appearance as specified in the Employee Handbook
- Represents the school favorably and professionally to its constituency
- Maintain professional and effective relationships with the administrative team

Academic and Operational
- Schedule students into classes according to their course requests
- Create the schedule board
- Enroll new students: send records requests, enter new transcripts, records, and standardized test scores.
- Archive records for withdrawn students and send records to the next school
- Create schedules for special events/days
- Make schedule changes for students who need them
- Coordination of concurrent offerings
- Update ACT/SAT information on transcripts
- Certify that all graduation requirements are updated on transcripts, including failing grades or missing credits
- Provide a ranking of students upon request
- Coordination of the graduation consultant and the ordering of graduation materials
- Send transcripts to graduates upon request
- Create finals schedule
- Certify that Renweb has properly loaded report cards and transcript grades before release
- Attend professional development on FACTS or the grading system
- Aid with awards for honor rolls
- Maintain up-to-date student rosters
- Assists the principals/counselor in coordinating NWEA, ACT, and PSAT
- Faculty News is sent to each teacher for the week and the weeks to come
- Assist class sponsors in various activities
- Access cameras and record information as necessary
Additional Duties or Responsibilities
- Support the broader program of the school by attending extracurricular activities when possible. (Back to School Worship night, Big Bash, school trips, Saints 5K, drama production, athletic events, band performances, Fine Arts night, carnivals, etc.)
- Maintains a clean, attractive, well-ordered office
- Participates in the end-of-year closing of the school process, such as inventorying of textbooks, furniture, equipment, etc.
- Treats all school-owned technology (hardware and software) with respect, care, professionalism, and in accordance with the Technology Use Agreement
