The Position
The qualified candidate will support student growth in Mathematics through the use of research based, highly effective instructional practices which promote interactive learning and student engagement. He/she will meet the needs of each student by building positive relationships, understanding and implementing best practices, creating and utilizing systems of intervention and support, differentiated instruction, and a variety of instructional strategies. The candidate must be adept with technology and ready to consider emergent techniques to enhance student learning.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and a valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate with an EX endorsement.
This position reports to the Building Principal.
