As a High School Graduate - Customer Service, you will play a vital role in our Branch Banking team, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, assisting with transactions, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our branch operations. • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers.
• Assist with a wide range of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Provide support to the branch team, including Teller, Service Ambassador, and Personal Banking Service Advisor roles.
• Promote and cross-sell Emirates Islamic's products and services to customers, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
