Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $30–$60/HR Flat Rate + Profit Sharing
OTE: $110,000–$130,000+ Per Year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Performing your own repairs and services from start to finish
• Working on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Completing high-quality work efficiently and accurately
• Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment and shop technology
• Collaborating with an experienced team in a professional environment

This Is NOT a Support Role

This is a production-based technician position.

You will be expected to:

• Diagnose your own work
• Perform the repairs yourself
• Manage productivity effectively
• Operate independently with minimal oversight

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in both their diagnostic ability and production output.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
• Experience in a flat-rate production environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to consistently produce quality work efficiently

Preferred:

• ASE Certifications
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
