High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer

Superior Insurance Partners is seeking a driven, relationship-focused High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer to build and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.

This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who understands the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families and enjoys developing relationships, creating tailored insurance solutions, and generating new business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of personal insurance with a true sales mindset and a desire to build a significant book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new High Net Worth Personal Lines business through referrals, networking, centers of influence, existing relationships, and proactive prospecting.
• Build relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals, families, and referral partners.
• Assess complex personal risk exposures and recommend customized insurance solutions, including high-value homes, automobiles, collections, jewelry, umbrella/excess liability, watercraft, and other specialty exposures.
• Quote, present, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with HNW insurance carriers and understand available products, underwriting requirements, and market appetite.
• Partner with Account Management and service teams to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and an exceptional ongoing client experience.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Personal Lines, Commercial Insurance, and Employee Benefits when appropriate.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed new business and revenue goals.
• Stay current on market trends, carrier capabilities, coverage solutions, and emerging risks impacting affluent clients.
• Represent Superior Insurance Partners at networking events, industry functions, community events, and other business-development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, preferably working with affluent or High Net Worth clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Strong knowledge of High Net Worth Personal Lines coverage and risk exposures.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience working with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Cincinnati, or similar markets preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable with proactive prospecting.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or a similar agency management system is a plus.
