About the Role

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the High Net Worth (HNW) Department in achieving its Affluent and Offshore sales targets through strategic initiatives, campaigns, events and engagement activities.
This role plays a key part in driving membership growth and enhancing the value proposition of the Prestige Club, which includes members from the Tied Distribution (TD); both Tied Agency and AIA Financial Advisors (AIA FA).

Roles & Responsibility

Campaigns, initiatives and Club membership growth

  • Develop and execute innovative campaigns, initiatives, and engagement activities to grow Prestige Club membership

  • Create compelling value propositions and benefits to attract and retain members

  • Promote Prestige Club actively across districts, branches, and internal business units

  • Drive sales campaigns within approved budgets to motivate the agency force towards affluent and offshore business growth

  • Support the rollout and promotion of strategic campaigns and the Prestige Club

  • Design learning and development platforms such as masterclasses, offshore training programmes, and tailored workshops to enhance capability and productivity

Events, recognitions and Club benefits

  • Plan and organise recognition events, such as Luncheon, appreciation sessions and campaign celebrations, to honour high performers and strengthen member engagement

  • Review and refresh club benefits regularly to maintain relevance and attractiveness

  • Liaise with approved vendors to deliver campaigns, events, and membership privileges smoothly and professionally

Budget management and reporting

  • Manage the department budget effectively to ensure all spending remains within approved limits

  • Prepare monthly budget updates and performance reports for the Head of HNW Department

  • Track campaign ROI and provide recommendations for optimization.

Business reporting and operational reports

  • Update internal stakeholders, business development teams, and the agency force regularly on campaign progress, Prestige Club and the Prestige Top Awards results

  • Ensure that promotional and recognition materials are produced and displayed accurately and on schedule

Administrative and department support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HNW Department

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, vendor arrangements, invoices, and documentation

  • Assist with presentations, reports, and ad hoc business initiatives as required

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in business, insurance and/or finance-related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development or events management in financial services.
  • Good knowledge in insurance products, especially those in the HNW arena.
  • Highly driven individual with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic and a good team player.
  • Good presentation skills is a plus.
  • Some exposure to agency and those with required insurance licenses (eg. M5, M9) preferred
