Guardian is seeking a High Net Worth (HNW) Consultant to help grow advisor and firm engagement across the High Net Worth platform. In this individual contributor sales role, you will partner with Wealth Management Consultants and internal teams to identify opportunities, support complex cases, and convert advisor interest into funded assets and measurable product adoption. You will translate complex strategies across managed accounts, alternative investments, structured notes, and lending into clear advisor- and client-ready sales narratives. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, strong relationship management, and disciplined pipeline execution to accelerate growth across assigned territories.
A consultative, advisor-facing sales professional who can build trust quickly, simplify complex solutions, and move opportunities from discovery to execution. You are comfortable engaging advisors and firms through both targeted campaigns and proactive book-of-business reviews, and you know how to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. You bring strong follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate across internal partners to support large and complex client needs.
Drive new and existing advisor and firm growth through sales presentations, discovery, solutioning, and opportunity development tied to production goals.
Execute targeted sales campaigns and proactive advisor outreach to generate qualified opportunities, improve conversion, and increase measurable asset flows.
Support large-case opportunities by helping advisors qualify client needs, prepare submissions, coordinate internal input, and move opportunities through the sales process.
Increase advisor adoption of High Net Worth platform capabilities, alternative investments, structured notes, lending solutions, and managed account proposals through education, positioning, case sourcing, and follow-through to close.
Maintain disciplined sales activity, pipeline tracking, advisor and firm follow-up, and performance reporting to improve repeatability and support revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
Experience in advisor-facing sales, business development, or consultative relationship management within wealth management, investments, insurance, lending, or High Net Worth solutions.
Ability to translate complex investment, lending, and planning concepts into practical advisor- and client-ready positioning.
Experience supporting sales opportunities from discovery and qualification through proposal, follow-up, and close.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, product, portfolio, advanced markets, large-case, or other internal teams to execute on client and advisor needs.
Strong pipeline discipline, including tracking sales activity, opportunity movement, follow-up, conversion outcomes, and product adoption metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with alternative investments, structured notes, managed account proposals, lending solutions, or High Net Worth platform capabilities.
Experience working directly with financial advisors, firms, or territory-based sales teams.
Comfort leading in-person and virtual advisor engagement, including sales presentations, education sessions, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
Ability to identify segmented client opportunities through advisor book reviews, campaign activity, and firm-level relationship development.
75% Travel
This role uses a high-touch coverage model that includes in-person travel and virtual engagement to grow production, deepen advisor and firm relationships, and move priority opportunities to close. Insert expected travel percentage when confirmed.
