A/B Diagnostic Technician – Earn Up to $125K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
• CAN Bus diagnostics
• Battery draw testing
• Engine replacements
• R&R work
• Inspections and maintenance
• Working with modern diagnostic tools and systems
• Producing 45–50+ flagged hours weekly

Work mix is approximately:

• 60% diagnostics
• 40% maintenance/repair

Pay & Incentives

Compensation is built for productive technicians.

• A-Level Techs: $40–$47/hr + bonuses
• B-Level Techs: $32–$38/hr + bonuses
• Annual earnings expected between $70K–$125K+
• Weekly production bonuses:
  • $250/week for 50+ hours
  • $150/week for 45 hours
• Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 3 pay periods
• Up to $500 toolbox relocation assistance

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Shop hours:
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible shift options:
  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Experience with electrical systems and drivability
• Ability to flag consistent hours
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must provide own tools
• Chrysler/Mopar experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
