Reporting to the Commercial Director, the High-End Manager role is a strategic position responsible for defining, driving, and executing the High-End (HE) strategy across Oceania to achieve the business targets set for this market. The goal is to significantly grow the HE business, elevate our brand presence, and cultivate enduring relationships with an exclusive clientele. This involves formulating and implementing strategic plans across the commercial network, fostering a high performing HE ecosystem, and expanding the HE client base while building up loyalty.
