The Opportunity – High-End Custom Home Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber with experience in luxury custom home construction.

As a High-End Custom Home Plumber, you will be responsible for rough-in, trim-out, and final plumbing installation for multimillion-dollar custom homes. This role requires precision, organization, and the ability to work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners to ensure flawless execution.

This is a field-based position across Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Palm City.

Plumber Responsibilities

Manage and execute rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbing installations for high-end custom homes

Install water supply lines, drain lines, venting systems, and gas piping

Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and specifications

Coordinate with superintendents and other trades to maintain construction schedules

Ensure all work complies with Florida plumbing codes and local building regulations

Perform pressure testing, inspections, and quality control checks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Deliver craftsmanship that reflects luxury standards and attention to detail

Ideal Candidate – High-End Custom Home Plumber

Prior experience plumbing custom residential homes (not production-only tract homes)

Strong understanding of Florida plumbing codes

Ability to read and interpret construction plans independently

Experience with complex layouts, custom fixtures, and high-end finishes

Organized, dependable, and professional in client-facing environments

Possess tools relevant to trade and skill level

Exceptional Candidates – High-End Custom Home Plumber

8 or more years of residential plumbing experience

Experience working on multimillion-dollar luxury homes

Knowledge of coastal construction requirements and inspections

Ability to manage plumbing projects with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience coordinating with designers and custom fixture vendors
