High-End Collection Manager
Contract: Fixed term, Full-Time Contract – until 31st December
Location: Chanel HQ, London

Your Role at CHANEL

You will contribute to the development and growth of the High-End business by managing High Jewellery and Haute Horlogerie stock through close collaboration with Global teams and boutique partners.

As part of the Watches & Fine Jewellery Division within one of the world’s most creative and inspiring Maisons, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Watches & Fine Jewellery team, boutiques and key stakeholders across the business to support strategic business objectives.

Stock & Operational Management:

  • Partner with Global teams to negotiate and manage High-End stock allocations, ensuring boutique requests are aligned with regional business priorities and client opportunities
  • Oversee daily boutique stock requests, coordinating allocations and follow-ups to ensure timely availability of High-End pieces
  • Curate High-End assortments for local events, client experiences and key strategic business moments to maximize commercial opportunities and client engagement
  • Coordinate and monitor special orders in collaboration with Global teams, ensuring accurate follow-up and smooth execution from request to delivery
  • Develop and refine stock allocation models based on boutique profiles, client potential, sales performance and business needs to optimize inventory deployment
  • Build, monitor and analyse High-End sales forecasts and performance reports to identify opportunities, support decision-making and drive business growth
