The Koreanhigh-end businessretail professional (HEB retail professional)is responsible for conveying and representing the Brand; developing an adapted local recruitment program, in close collaboration with retail teams (Fashion & Watches Fine Jewelry) and in partnership with the relevant departments.He or she contributes to the ultimate high-end experience and the development of relationships with high-potential clients through high-end events and coaching of the retail team. He or she is also able to provide feedback to the brand at the appropriate level of client intelligence throughhis/ her experience
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize the High-endBusiness Opportunity
Perfectly support and organize exclusive high-end presentations and client profiling
Analyze KPIs specific to the High-End segmentand proactively implement strategies to enhance client engagement and drive sales growth
Oversee and support high-end To-be-Invoiced(TBIs) generated through local events and trips, identifying solutions to ensure timely and accurateinvoicing
Collect and synthesize insights on competitors, market trends, and client feedback related to Chanel’s High-end offerings through boutique interactions.
UltimateHigh-EndClient experience
Support and enhance High-end experience and engagement touchpoints with high-end targets onbespoke offerings, presentation, and international and regional event experience to high-endclients
Arrange schedules for boutique meetings to plan sales strategies for high-end trips and attend these meetings to take the meeting minutes.
Monitor and assist clients from the High Jewelry Discovery Moment(HJDM) through to the local high jewelry events, as our goal is to invite 50% of clients from the HJDM to the high jewelry local events.If coordination with other departments or boutiques is needed, respond appropriately to each situation.
Contribute to the recruitment and engagement strategy for high-potential clients by leveraging boutique insights and market trends
Organize HJDM schedule and logistics, ensuring thorough internal and external preparation. Communicate event timelines and boutique-specific slots via email and gather post-event feedback to continuously improve execution.
Leverage high-end business opportunities to foster a collaborative environment that supports the development of fashion clients and strengthens cross-category synergies
High-end Community Animation
Work to expand and guide the HE community by raising competence in client experience, building relationships, and offering cultural and lifestyle content.
Organize the annual high-end kick-off meeting by confirming the agenda, booking the venue, and informing all participants in advance.Collaborate with relevant departmentif necessary
Hold a staff engagement session one month before the high jewelry local event to strengthen confidence and improve client profiling skills.
Help boutiques develop strong VIC relationships by guiding client profiling and recommending tailored approaches.
Share regular client feedback on HEB categories with the retail and merchandising management teams.
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
University graduate
Work Experience
8+ years working experience in CRMRetailLearning and development, and either the luxury field or other high-end industry
Experience in luxury retailclient-centric role is preferred.
Previous experience in merchandising of luxury goods and the service-related industry is preferred.
