What You’ll Do

• Act as a true consultant, not an order-taker
• Build and present long-term maintenance and repair plans
• Guide customers through the repair process with clarity and confidence
• Drive revenue through trust, education, and relationship-building
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer concerns and deliver a top-tier experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Sales mindset with a consultative approach
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Confident communicator who can handle objections and close work
• Clean driving record

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in sales, hospitality, banking, or retail
• Automotive background (not required)
