High Concrete Group in Springboro, Ohio is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, September 20th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

The Job Fair will include live facility tours, onsite interviews and the opportunity to learn about High Concrete Group!

We are seeking candidates for several roles in entry-level, semi-skilled, and skilled positions on 1st and 3rd shifts including:

• Yard Jockey CDL A
• Concrete Patchers/Acid Washer
• Production Concrete Workers

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
• Flexibility to work a schedule with no defined end time, based on work volume is critical
• Prior concrete and/or construction experience preferred
• Basic math and precise measurement skills needed
• Familiarity to read blue prints desired
• The ability to use and operate various hand tools (ex: hammer, nail gun, circular saw, etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are important
