Mission:
To act as a growth engine for top client acquisition, conversion, and value creation across Singapore and Malaysia.
This role holds direct accountability for:
Top client revenue growth
VIC pipeline development and conversion
Exceptional Pieces & Bespoke sales
Partnership-driven client acquisition
The High Clienteling Manager/Senior Manager translates Guerlain’s high-end ambition into tangible commercial outcomes, driving both immediate sales impact and long-term client value
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
A. TOP CLIENT PIPELINE & REVENUE OWNERSHIP
Build and manage a strong pipeline of top clients, ensuring consistent conversion into active spending clients and progression across the growth funnel
Drive targeted engagement across top client segments aligned with SG and MY market priorities to maximise revenue contribution
Develop structured action plans for top-tier clients to drive sustained growth
Own and deliver top client revenue growth targets across Singapore and Malaysia
B. HIGH CLIENTELING ACTIVATIONS
Design & execute high-impact top-client activations to drive engagement, conversion, and sales
Deliver strong commercial outcomes through effective engagement and follow-up
Lead key activations across boutiques, OOH events, and partner platforms
C. EXCEPTIONAL SALES & STRATEGY
Drive the identification of high-value sales opportunities within the top client portfolio
Personally engage and lead the closing of Exceptional Pieces and bespoke sales
Drive Exceptional Pieces and bespoke sales through personalised curation and storytelling
Build strong trust and credibility with top clients to enable repeat high-value transactions
D. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Develop and activate strategic partnerships to generate qualified leads and drive revenue
Identify new business opportunities aligned with Guerlain’s positioning
E. RETAIL COLLABORATION & SALES ACCELERATION
Partner closely with retail teams to identify and engage top clients
Support retail teams in elevating engagement and conversion of top clients
F. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & INSIGHTS
Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth
Provide insights to optimise client engagement and commercial outcomes
Support additional business priorities as required
Professional Experience
Proven track record in luxury sales or high-value client management, with direct exposure to UHNW or VIC clientele
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close high-value transactions
Experience in partnerships, business development, or private client management within luxury or banking sectors
Skills
Minimum 7 years Clienteling, CRM and business development experience in luxury goods / retail industry.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on conversion, pipeline management, and revenue delivery
Ability to balance relationship building with disciplined sales execution
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret client data, market trends, and sales performance.
