BASIC PURPOSE To learn through observation of program staff and clientele. To assist with programmatic needs as directed by Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in leading groups and documentation such as encounter notes, case notes and hourly checks.
• Job shadow with program staff as directed by supervisor, assisting program employees with monitoring clients as directed. Always work with another staff member, not alone with clients.
• Communicate information effectively with program supervisors/employees regarding any client concerns/issues. Provide feedback to supervisor and/or staff as requested.
• Ask questions regarding the treatment of a client, ask your program staff away from the clients.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary to fulfill responsibilities of the position or as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & LOCATIONS:

Education: Must be either enrolled in a class with an accredited university requiring internship or field experience at the Bachelor Level, or are fulfilling career training opportunities.

Locations: Experience opportunities will be in Winona, MN.
