How you’ll power our business as a HIAB Driver

Love life on the road and handling serious kit? At Flogas, you’ll do more than just drive – you’ll help keep homes warm, businesses running, and communities fuelled. As a HIAB Driver, you’ll be trusted to transport and uplift bulk LPG vessels, carry out gas transfers, and support installations across the UK. Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you

• HGV Class 1 Driving Licence

• HIAB (Lorry Loader Crane) certificate – ideally with remote and hook experience

• Driver CPC and valid Digital Tachograph Card

• HIAB operation and load-handling experience

• Load securing and manual handling skills

• A sound understanding of driving hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations

• A calm, responsible attitude and a passion for doing the right thing – especially when it comes to health and safety

• A flexible approach and team spirit – willing to help out and stay connected

• A willingness to undergo a DBS check to help us keep our team and customers safe

• ADR in Class 2 (Gases) is a bonus – but we’ll support you to gain this if needed
