RI Track Spray (formerly GTE) has been the industry leader in rail vegetation control for over 25 years. We are looking for Track Vehicle Operators who are natural-born problem solvers to join our team.
As a Track Spray Technician, you aren’t just "spraying weeds"—you are maintaining the safety and integrity of the Australian rail corridors. This is a dynamic role that involves operating specialized machinery, driving long distances, and working autonomously across the diverse landscapes of Western Australia, New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Victoria.
This role is perfect for someone who loves autonomy and the lifestyle of working away from home. You are a natural problem solver with a "can-do" attitude and a rock-solid commitment to safety parameters.
Because we operate in high-safety rail environments, the following are essential:
Highly Competitive Pay
We guarantee a minimum of 80 hours per fortnight.

Tech Allowance: We cover your personal phone bill during your 6-month probation, followed by a company-issued phone. A tablet is provided from Day 1.
RI Track Spray funds 100% of your training. You will obtain multiple high-value certifications throughout your employment.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment CAT 1 Rail Medical Which includes Drug and Alcohol test, references, and police check.
