Medical Social Worker
General Summary: Provide coordinated care in the home to clients of all age groups and perform psychosocial assessments, analysis, counseling and referrals to meet the needs of the client/family.
Patient Population: Has contact with patients of all ages in a clinical setting; understands and demonstrates appropriate behavior when interacting with patients in all populations.

On-going employment as an MSW always requires the maintenance of a valid MSW Certification in the state where the employee practices and a valid CPR certificate. The employee is responsible for renewing these before they expire to continue employment.
